Social Housing

Established in 2005, Procurement For All has delivered in excess of £36 million of savings to its members over the last 10 years.

We pride ourselves on working in collaboration with our 21 social housing members to ensure they get the most from our services and collective purchasing power and currently offer 14 OJEU compliant framework agreements, covering new build, regeneration, servicing and maintenance contracts.

Our aim is to become an integrated part of our clients’ procurement function. We can manage the entire procurement process, from delivering a mini-competition process to contract negotiating and implementing project management processes and systems.

We also offer bespoke procurement consultancy services, giving you access to our in-depth knowledge and expertise. With more than 12 years of experience in the sector our team is equipped to provide end-to-end procurement advice, ensuring that regulatory standards are met, as well as working with you on a procurement strategy to deliver improved quality and professional standards.
