Procurement For All is a long established, membership driven organisation specialising in public sector procurement services. With 27 members from across housing, education and the NHS sectors, our members procure in excess of £50m of contracts a year through us, delivering significant savings that get reinvested back into public sector services. This year our aspirations are grand – we want to grow further by offering more products, securing more members and to increase our offer to existing members.
If you have a strong interest in procurement and experience to back this up, then we want to hear from you!
After a recent expansion in our product portfolio to one of the most diverse in our market, and a strategic move into the NHS, Education, Local Authority and ‘Blue Lights’ sectors, we are seeking a suitably qualified Procurement Manager to support our procurement function. You will be dynamic in your approach, forward thinking, craving the appetite to deliver quality services for our members, whilst saving them time and money by collaborating opportunities across the membership.
The Procurement Manager will be instrumental in our plans for growth: you will continue to expand our product portfolio, whilst supporting the Head of Procurement and Contracts on delivering new contracts – as many as 15 at once. Project Management will be your strong point, knowledge of OJEU a must, and an empathy for the pressures faced on the public sector.
Compliance is at your heart and you always think about minimising procurement risks. You will be CIPS qualified (or equivalent) or working towards your CIPS and have a natural flare for customer service as you will be required to work closely with our Office and Member Manager, supporting in first class customer support to our membership.
