Consultancy Services

Procurement For All provides consultancy services across public sector organisations, including social housing providers, health trusts and the education sector, offering comprehensive end-to-end procurement management for a consistent, low risk and convenient service.

Over the last 10 years we have evolved our services from a variety of procurement models to develop best practice and the recipe for success. Having delivered projects across the UK, in both urban and rural environments on void and tenanted properties, we are familiar with the issues our members face and the procurement challenges they need to overcome.

Our consultancy services draw from our experience, providing bespoke projects that meet specific procurement requirements. These extend to detailed project management and programme delivery, ensuring that we can provide an effective and efficient service at each stage of the contract, resulting in the highest level of quality and least inconvenience to our members.

As well as ensuring programme delivery, we have extensive experience of incorporating the wider community and economic benefits of staff development and stakeholder engagement in the procurement process.

Our approach is designed to establish continuous improvement and high levels of performance as a key driver. This is based on a flexible cost model, maintaining value with a combination of open book and traditional pricing methods as appropriate.

We currently offer the following services through our consultancy arm:

  • Flexible procurement models – designed to complement the skills and capabilities of our clients.
  • OJEU compliance – we have extensive experience of procuring large-scale investment programmes through OJEU compliant processes.
  • Procurement health checks – all public bodies will need to comply with EU regulations by April 2016. We will work with you to ensure you achieve compliance, click here to find out more about this service.
