Having started his career with food wholesaler Iceland in supply chain management, Keith has extensive experience of working in fast-paced environments on multi-million pound contracts, worth nearly £220m a year.
Keith’s move into housing came in 2004 when he took up the role of Business Analyst for a North West housing consultancy firm. He later helped to establish Procurement for Housing (PfH), where he held the role of Senior Buyer, working with 650 housing associations across the UK.
After three years with PfH, he went on to take up the role of Senior Procurement Manager at Trafford Housing Trust, saving the organisation £1.4 million over three years through the reprocurement of existing contracts.
For the last eight years, Keith has been at the helm of Procurement For All and under his leadership the team have delivered significant savings for the membership, developed a suite of national OJEU compliant framework agreements and dynamic purchasing systems, increased the membership and developed partnership working with a number of other organisations.
During that time Keith has also delivered more than £44 million in savings for members.
Keith is also a school governor and a commercial advisory board member for a south Manchester based housing association.
