PFA strives to achieve savings in line with NCA national consortia average of 11%.

By pooling our members spend in various categories, cost savings can be achieved from contractors for works and services. Members have reported achieved savings as high as 23% compared to their previous cost for identical services prior to accessing a PFA framework.

In addition, members view PFA as a committed low cost procurement solution - the savings in terms of not having to follow an OJEU procurement process is a back office saving in itself.
