What we do

PFA collaboratively manages the procurement process of works and services tendered to our members' needs.  We are our members' committed procurement route of choice.

Our procurement team implements OJEU compliant framework agreements and ensures members' requirements are met within those categories, covering all aspects of capital works, reactive maintenance and cyclical maintenance solutions.

Our framework agreements are national - with a wide range of contractors on hand, PFA's service team help members through the procurement process to access our frameworks as quickly as possible, whilst demonstrating value for money.

Our own members' research shows that PFA is a low cost procurement solution, which delivers added value, including higher levels of contract service standards, extensive procurement support, and total peace of mind that OJEU compliance has been followed.

PFA will be launching a post procurement data management tool in early 2012. This will take the form of KPIs and benchmarking to demonstrate cashable and non-cashable gains.
