General Build Framework Agreement Goes Live
Today PFA launched its national General Build framework.
After a competative OJEU compliant process, PFA has awarded the contract to seven contractors. Covering all of mainland UK, the General Build framework provides a supply of materials and labour solution to PFA members.
The seven contractors cover the North East, North West, Yorkshire and Humberside, Midland and South Wales, East of England, London, South East and South West. The framework was procured on a four year basis.
The agreement is ideal for void and packaged repairs, maintenance and improvement works covering:
- foundations
- groundworks
- fences and gates
- drainage
- brickwork/masonry
- roofing
- joinery
- plastering and finishes
- wall, floor tile and sheet finishes
- painting and decorating
- cleaning and clearance
- glazing
- plumbing
- heating
- electrical
- disabled daptation and minor works
- specialist treatments
Keith Armstrong, Managing Director of PFA comments: "This agreement is a catch all solution for our current members.
