Member Services Coordinator based in Manchester
Procurement For All (PFA) is a national consortium of 15 residential providers managing 150,000 properties across the UK. We provide £40m of contractual services to our membership a year and this is on the increase. A recent change in our product offer has seen a huge increase in demand for our services from our operation in Manchester, including providing additional support to our members. To meet member expectations, we are seeking to employ a permanent (subject to job evaluation) full time Member Services Coordinator to join and support the existing team. Duties will include: taking responsibility for managing the performance management system, updating the company website, updating our information sharing portal, provide administrative information to the team and the members, supporting the PFA team and its members and answering the telephone. . You will be enthusiastic, friendly, have excellent communication skills. You must have as a minimum a working knowledge of MS Office and possess a willingness to learn and support the PFA team and our members. Knowledge of database systems or performance management packages would be advantageous.
