PFA is constituted as a limited company, which is operated on a day to day basis by it's members. Monthly steering group meetings to which all members are invited control the runing of the procurement programme and other services provided by PFA. Membership is open to all social landlords on either a subscription 'cost per property' basis or a percentage of contract value basis.
Day-to-day activity is run by an interim general manager, supported by consultants who undertake the procurement work.
