Partnership Benefits

PFA will:

  • act as a national platform for Social Landlords of all types to form long-term collaborative arrangements to deliver Capital and Non-capital works (i.e. an introduction and support agency)
  • operate a whole-supply-chain approach to contract procurement and delivery through framework agreements and partnering contracts across all members
  • offer a range of services tailored to the needs of members.
  • facilitate partnership working with component and material suppliers in partnership with contractors
  • operate visible performance management and benchmarking systems at a national and local level, using shared Key Performance Indicators to measure progress and drive value
  • deliver partnering contracts that share benefits and gains in a transparent manner, facilitate workshops and reviews that seek continuous improvement
  • co-ordinate and collate best practice data, facilitate knowledge exchange and provide member training services
  • work in close partnership with other consortia to deliver PfA’s objectives
  • deliver significant commercial gains to member organisations through incentivised and collaborative working, and the economies of scale that increasing membership brings.
