Community Benefits

PFA will:

  • ensure that the quality and responsiveness of service provided to customers continuously improves. PfA will encourage community representative involvement in all aspects of procurement and delivery, from selection of contractors/suppliers through product choice, to assessment of client and contractor/supplier performance.
  • measure and improve customer satisfaction through greater stakeholder involvement in procurement and delivery processes
  • deliver wider social and regeneration benefits to local communities, including a PfA Community Fund
  • create local employment opportunities, promoting equality and diversity across the communities we serve
  • involve customers in the identification of works, selection of contractors, choice of products and measurement of contractor/supplier performance
